Prior to joining Roberts Mlotkowski Safran & Cole, Mr. Sullivan was in
private practice focusing on intellectual property, technology and new
media law practice, including counseling clients regarding obtaining, protecting and enforcing
patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret rights. Mr. Sullivan’s practice has included
extensive involvement in intellectual property litigation and appellate practice.
Mr. Sullivan is the author of “Technology Licensor Tort Liability,” Licensing Law and Business
Report, Vol. 8, No. 1, 73, 1986., and “Minimizing Exposure to Strict Products Liability as a
Technology Licensor,” Licensing Law and Business Report, Vol. 9, No. 1,73, 1986.
